HEY ALL!! Ok, I have a question...what's everyone doing for New Years Eve??? My friends and I are all 19 or 20 so that whole "21 and Up" thing is limiting our fun :(  Anyone know of some cool places down here? I'm from DC so everything is still really new to me!!
