ok so I'm pissed. A couple of months ago this 11 yr old kid pissed off another kid. I don't know the kid and I am not defending him but this whole incident is wrong. Apparantly kids were arguing and the mother confronted the little boy and wouldn't let him go home. So his older sister, 15 yrs, intervened and this woman HITS the girl in the ribs. So, my son, 19 gets in between them, not touching any1 but just in between them and tells the lady to back the fk off shes just a kid. Then the ladies daughter jumps on his back, choking him and ripping his necklace off. He is waving his arms around trying to get this idiot off his back and the woman falls to the ground. She could of tripped wtf knows but she had a lil bloody nose and now she is claiming my son attacked her. That did not happen. The cops show up and of course they believe my son BUT because this lady knows the captain at the police dept and throws a fit she gets them to press charges against the cops initial ruling that it was accidental. What kind of fkn world is this??? Not only that but the woman WORKS at the state attorneys office and knows the judge(the jusge stated so in court) and most of the ppl at the court house. She didn't even get charged for bruising the girls ribs or holding the boy hostage. This is such crooked BS. In court the lady lied to the judge stating my son  threatend her and is over in there apt complex every day. She just wanted a restraining order so he couldn't visit his friends because she was moving out that day! This wasn't her 1st time doing somthing like this and rumours are they asked her to leave the apts. But what i don't get is why ANY1 else here can hit some1 and they press charges and let the courts work it out. WHY is it because she knows ppl she gets by with it?? Because she claims she is sufffering headaches and lingering side affects? BS she shouldn't be hitting kids and teaching her daughter this behavior is OK. it isn't OK to attack ppl and THEY should be held accountable NOT my son who is a sweet caring person. He has always tried to be the peacemaker I cant tell u how many times he did the same thing with me and my ex. he never once hit him he always said the same thing he did in this situation..he reasoned with her. He dropped out of school to work full time and help me support my kids during serious debilitating timesand now he is trying to get his GED and be a paramedic. He continues to help me out and he spends 40-50 hrs at work, he doesn't drive, smoke or drink.  He is just a good person and for this to happen really pisses me off. To make it worse he wont get a fair trial because the judge knows her and the lady works at the office that assigns Public Defenders. We have been saving to hire John Trevenas office but it doesn't look good. We have been in extensive talks with bethany but we have to have the most of the money 1st. Please if u read  this say a prayer ..our family needs it. Pray that the tax money gets here and that the right thing will happen. April 30th is the Pre-trial and its going to be hard on him.
