50 Cent says the only time he sees his son nowadays is in a courtroom. The rapper, who was recently granted some unrestricted time with his son next month, says, "It's a bunch of bull -- I gotta go to court to see my son, not even for the actual custody [suit] -- just to see him period... That's when it gets bad. I got mixed feelings about the whole situation... I watched my son's mother have conversations with news reporters pretty much the whole 35 to 45 minutes while we were waiting. I sat there and was like, 'You can't say anything but the wrong thing to them,' from her perspective. The more you talk, the more you show what you really have -- finances. Again this court date, she showed up with a new bag, another one... It seems that everything burnt but the bags. It's interesting."

According to the paparazzi website X-17-Online, somebody is trying to market what he claims is a tape of Madonna going long on A-Rod's Louisville Slugger. Supposedly Madonna borrowed the apartment of one of her Kabbalah pals for some afternoon batting practice with the Yankee third baseman, only to have the whole thing taped with a hidden camera. D-M-X spent the weekend in a Phoenix jail after being arrested for the fourth time in a month. This time it was for allegedly using a false name and social security number to evade a 75-hundred-dollar area hospital bill. A spokesman for the sherrif's office said the rapper, whose real name is Earl Simmons, checked into a Scottsdale medical clinic in April as "Troy Jones" and never paid the bill for his stay, during which he was treated for pneumonia. --Ira Robbins

In support of her latest disc, E Equals M-C Squared, Mariah Carey has announced plans to tour in November without yet releasing dates or venues. West Coast fans who need a Mariah fix can catch her at the Hollywood and Highland Center in L-A on July 31st as a part of the second annual Samsung A-T-&-T Summer Krush free concert series.

Carey will release a new fragrance by Elizabeth Arden in September. The scent, called Luscious Pink, is a fusion of the Tahitian tiare flower, lily of the valley, pink peony and white musk. -- Elle Castro

Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie has signed on for her first starring role in a movie -- an adaptation of the long-running Broadway musical Nine. The Fergalicious one joins Kate Hudson and Penelope Cruz in the flick, which will begin shooting in London in October. Jamie Lynn Spears has only been a mom for a month, but the tween queen is reportedly itching to add to her brood. A source close to the Spears family tells the National Enquirer, "Jamie Lynn is so taken with her little girl she wants to give her a sibling, preferably a sister, as soon as possible. Like Britney's kids, she wants her babies to be about a year apart so they can grow up close to one another. She's said, 'How cute would it be for them to be dressed the same?'
