Recently I took a trip to New York City with my bride to check out Yankee Stadium before they closed the stadium down.  We went up to see the Tampa Bay Rays play the Yanks.  Well, New York is an amazing city, and Yankee Stadium was totally awesome.  Unfortunately they never played the game because of rain.  Still I had a great time checking out the Stadium.

So I went down to see Criss Angel escape from the Spyglass Hotel.  The crowd was HUGE!!!  The Implosion was AWESOME!!!

But the Chriss Angel bit SUCKED... It was the most phony thing ever.  He is such a hack!

So I saw the sneak preview for the new Batman movie... There was some good and some bad things about it.  The good... was the movie.. the bad... I had to sit next to Jabberjaw!!!

Seriously, the movie was awesome... I never felt to bad about Heath Ledger dying until I saw how AWESOME he was as the Joker...  No Joke!  Believe the Hype!

Ingredients
* 2 tablespoons butter
* 2/3 cups evaporated milk
* 1 2/3 cups white sugar
* 2 cups mini marshmallows
* 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
* 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
1. Heat butter, milk and sugar to boil over medium low heat stirring
constantly.

2. Boil 4 minutes stirring constantly.

3. Remove from heat.

4. Stir in marshmallows, chips & vanilla.

5. Stir until all melted.

6. Pour into 8 inch square buttered pan.

7. Refrigerate until set.

It is a simple recipe that is 100% better than anything you can order in a resteraunt.

Ingredients:
2 large flour tortillas
1 cup or more of shredded mild cheddar cheese
Butter
Plus anything else you like (Chicken, Steak, Mushrooms, Peppers, Chilies, Tomatoes, Olives...anything)

Directions:
Heat a flat non stick skillet over medium heat. On the side, sprinkle the cheese, and whatever else you want, on a tortilla.
Put a slice of butter into heated pan. When the butter is melted, carefully put the loaded tortillia into the pan. Cook until brown and the cheese is melted. Fold in halfwhile in the pan, flip the quesadilla over and cook until done.
Serve immediately on a plate and cut into wedges. For the finishing touches, garnish with sour cream and homemade salsa and guacamole.
