Did you ever meet a cool Mary Kay Lady?

Friday, August 17, 2007, 12:43 PM EST [General]

About a month ago I decided to take a huge step in a direction I never thought I would and I started my own part time business doing Mary kay.  Now like you I was thinking, don't do this its another home based scam,( I did avon once before), this is going to get you into debt, you dont even where makeup why are you going to bother?  There were so many things that ran through my head but I went to a meeting with a group of women and I thought well if they could do it why can't I. These women were so sweet and so smart but come on lets face it who has a cool Mary kay lady.  Well my Mary Kay lady rocks. She has tattoos, hangs out, very low key, down to earth...she was just like me and here she was about to win a free car. So I took a step and decided this is what I'm going to do and guess what people its working.  I use the skin care products because they really do rock. I have spent money on very expensive products that didn't work half as good as this stuff.   I went to Dallas, Tx to the Mary Kay Seminar to see how everything works.  ITS AMAZING! The cleanist factory I have ever seen, friendly people who have worked there for twenty-some-odd years and tons and tons of successful women who are making six figures or more a year doing Mary Kay. This is a company based on good principals and if you ever get to read Mary Kay's autobiography you will learn she is not this southern bell of a woman who had it easy her whole life.  She struggled just like we do, if not more.  She didn't start this company until she was 50.  I had a lot of doubts about this and I thought "What are people going to think about me being this corny Mary Kay lady' but now with the women I see at my monday meetings who are as happy as can be that they quit their jobs, mary kay pays their car payment and they support their families all on their own, I don't really care what people think of me.  This is a phenominal opportunity and I have literally seen it work for thousands of women. I'm determined to see where this takes me. If anywhere it has certainly increased my faith.  So if you have any questions about this job opportunity or about the products then please contact me.  I love to share and if you want to try the products for yourself I have plenty of samples.
